#Non-Invasive Pain Relief

There are so many methods. Perhaps even options you have never heard of before. There is acupuncture, biofeedback, TENS unit stimulation, massage, physical therapy, chiropractic, music theory, low-level laser therapy and even yoga.

Low-level laser therapy is what is received, among other modalities to target and relieve pain, at ReNewed MD by Dr. Ray.

Pain in joints is typically related to inflammation in those joints that are affected. Many times, the pain advances from a dull aching to sharp pains whether or not the joint is in use. Meaning, a person is sitting or laying at rest and the pain is still there. Interrupting sleep, rest and life in general.

This is when pain affects quality of life. The best news is that there is help.

Many of us know that we can use ibuprofen or another similar over-the-counter anti-inflammatory (called NSAIDS) to take the edge off this pain. But, sadly, we also know, this relief is temporary, and the cause of the pain is not gone.

We all understand that ignoring the pain does not make it go away. Addressing it is really our only option at some point. Know that you do have choices and options. It is only up to you to choose which will work best for you and your life. I urge you to do something though. Life in pain is a hard life, indeed, and I speak from experience.
